Booking Your Appointment
Please give us as much notice as possible.
Note that we are extremely busy. We are currently booking 10-12 weeks out. We do have a wait list that is very helpful in the event of a cancellation. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please visit our appointment request form.
On the form, you will provide your contact information as well as your preferences for your request and a receptionist will call you as soon as we can. We receive many requests every day and can’t get to them as fast as they come in. Please remember that your request is just an inquiry and not an actual booking.
