Please review our Guest Policies below to ensure your visit goes smoothly.

Beginning Jan 1, 2025 we will require a deposit or valid Credit Card on file in order to secure your appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our services are booked by appointment only. Please request your appointment as far in advance as possible so we can accommodate you. We are a small and busy spa and may be booked out several weeks to months from your initial request. We do have a Wait List that proves very helpful, but we recomment planning ahead and give us as much notice as possible.

If this is your first visit to the spa, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early. This will allow plenty of time to fill out new Client Paperwork, as well as answer any questions you may have. We have plenty of cozy seating in our lobby and sunroom, an adorable gift shop and a full-service coffee bar for you to enjoy.

If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened. Our therapists as well as the rooms are often booked for another service immediately after your appointment. You will be charged the price for the originally booked service as our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Our therapists are paid by appointment and truly appreciate that you chose to come to the BrickHouse!

We no longer bill out for medical insurances for Therapeutic Massage benefits. However, your insurance company may allow you to use your FSA/HSA card or submit a receipt for reimbursement. Let us know if you need a detailed receipt for your service.

The BrickHouse has a variety of different promotional offers that may be available through different marketing and loyalty programs. We are only able to allow you to use one promotional offer per visit. Please choose the one offer that expires first or is best for your visit today and save any others for later visits to the BrickHouse. Once a promotion has expired, it cannot be extended. 

Yes! All of our Therapists and Technicians are licensed in WA State. If you have enjoyed your experience with a certain therapist, you can request them for future services and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We highly recommend that you try several therapists so that you have a better chance of finding an available appointment when you want one. Also, we have both Male and Female therapists on staff. If you have a preference, please let the receptionist know at the time of booking. We cannot change your therapist at the last minute and you are subject to our cancellation fee should you decide not to receive your service for any reason.

If you have No-Showed for an appointment, or if you have cancelled on short notice (inside of 24 hours), we will require Payment in Full at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. We are by appointment only and are booked for several weeks to months in advance. Please understand that this deposit is for your benefit to hold your appointment that you’ve been waiting for and also for the security of our amazing team member who is paid by appointment. And it’s also the right thing to do as a business so that we can continue to be here for you!!

If you call us 24 hours or more in advance to reschedule your appointment, your prepaid deposit moves to the new appointment date for you.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or to reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Please give as much notice as possible so that we can find a suitable time to reschedule you to or fill the appointment from our Wait List. If you have No-Showed an appointment or cancelled on short notice (inside of 24 hours), we will then require 100% Payment in Full at the time of booking your future services. And should you No-Show or Late Cancel again, you will forfeit 100% of the service amount.

For Group bookings and Spa Parties, we require a 50% deposit to be paid at booking in order to secure your groups reservations. We will work with one point of contact for the entire group, making things easier for everyone. Also, we have a 72 hour cancellation policy on all Large Groups and Spa Parties. (parties of 3 or more)

For Group bookings and Spa Parties (parties of 3 or more), we require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking to secure your groups reservations. We will work with one point of contact for the entire group, making things much easier for everyone. Also, we have a 72 hour cancellation policy on all Spa Parties and large groups. We can accommodate up to 6 people in private custom Spa Parties. A mandatory 15% Gratuity will be added to your final total and is paid entirely to our team that serviced your Spa Party.

We require that a person is at least 10 years old to receive services at the BrickHouse. A parents signature is required for anyone under the age of 16. In accordance with WA State law, you are required to remain on-site at the BrickHouse while your child is receiving a service. Should you choose, you are welcome to accompany your child during their service. Please let us know if this is your preference.

Children are not allowed to accompany you in the spa unless they are actually receiving services. Please make arrangements to leave your kiddos at home so that you, as well as other guests, can completely relax during your services.

Generally clients undress down to their underwear for Massages, Facials and Body Treatments. Our therapists are trained in professional draping and will keep you covered at all times, exposing only the area of the body that is being worked on.

This is YOUR service and your comfort level is our top priority. Therefore at any time, please feel free to let us know if we can adjust any part of your experience to accommodate you, including lighting, music, temperature, pace or the pressure of the massage. On a massage pressure scale of 1 to 10… 1 is too light. 5 is perfect. 10 is too deep. We want to stay in that perfect 4-5-6 range. Please let us know how we’re doing during your service. That way we can adjust it and provide you the relaxation and relief that you came in for.

Wear whatever you want to when you come to the BrickHouse. We are a relaxed and comfortable setting. We will offer to loan you a “day-use tote bag” plus Robe and slippers if you are here for more than one service or are here for a spa party.

Gratuity for spa services is not included in our prices. It’s always appreciated, but not required. Generally 15-20% is customary, depending on the quality of your experience. Your paid gratuity goes directly to our team. 90% goes to your fabulous therapist. 10% goes to the fabulous front desk team who supports the team and serves our clients. If you’d like your tip split up a certain way, we can do that for you! Just ask. 

* All Spa Parties and group bookings will have a mandatory 15% gratuity added, as well as a 72 hour cancellation policy.

BRICKHOUSE RETURN POLICY: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All skincare and beauty products must be returned in new condition, unopened and unused, in order to be issued a refund. In some cases an in-store credit may be offered at Management discretion.
